Did you look or compare any other solutions similar to Constant Contact? Do you integrate these contacts into your CRM as well?

Having a decent background in Excel and databases I prefer a true CRM. Mainly because I can associate task to contacts easily. It was getting difficult to manage the process via spreadsheets.

First, you should talk to an attorney, likely an estate attorney that has knowledge of the real estate market. That said, state laws are different but we have several LLCS (one holding company and an operating company).

On my phone, I use the native scanning integrations on the Files app on iOS. I have an older Mac at home watching my folder called "receipts" that when a new document is added, it OCRs the documents and renames it to my naming convention. At my home/office, I have a ScanSnap scanner that does this for me as well.

Partnering with friends is always tricky because when something goes wrong it will stress the relationship. As @Will Fraser stated, be up front and clear on both party's responsibilities. Be sure to communicate and collaborate as much as possible.
