I'm about a week and a half into my second round, and I hit $91,600 today. Their customer service wasn't the greatest at first and you don't get the funds as fast as they advertise, but now I do have a substantial amount of funds I can play with in the new year to grow my portfolio.

@Justin Sheley which cash app did you use? After I get these inquiries off my Equifax account and get more funds from the second round I wanted to try using venmo.

Has anybody tried getting balance transfer checks for one of their personal credit cards, take the cash off their personal account and then transfer the balance to one of their business credit cards?

Hey guys!
So I came across this turnkey provider ROIPGM while listening to a podcast on the BAMA market. I was wondering if anybody on here has used them before?

Thank you! @Adrian Smude and @Justin Stamper. I've been looking out of state mostly but wherever the deal is at that's where I'm at. If I go forward with them on a property I'll make sure to share my experience!

Hi guys!
I came across this company called EquityPro that promotes potentially good investments in the Central Florida area. I ran the numbers using the bigger pockets calculator and the numbers look good on some of their properties just never heard of the company. I was wondering if anybody has used them before?

@Quiana Olsen If you google Fund & Grow their company will pop up but here's their webinar that should give you more info about what they can do for you:

@Quiana Olsen They recommend that you have a 680 to begin but will help you get your credit score up before you go through the application process so you can get the max benefit.

So my first round is over and the amount hasn't changed from my previous post. Not what was I was hoping for but it's a start. Now they'll sending my file to the inquiry removal phase so they'll be teaching me how to remove the credit inquires myself or you can work with their affiliate Kaydem Credit Check. I've already paid for Kaydem Credit's services when I started the first round so I'm just waiting on the results for the credit removal and then I'll be learning how to pull the funds of the cards.
