Sounds like a good solution would be to offer putting up a fence and/or providing lawn care, With the stipulations that rent will increase to cover the cost?

@Nicholas Darracq Great points and I’m certainly not wanting to alienate my tenant, which is the reasoning for me jumping onto here!
Yes the trees are mine and I did have the trees trimmed down by a tree trimmer that was actually the neighbors recommendation. They cut everything back that was dead and left the rest of the trees. A barrier is definitely a good idea as I’m not sure what resolution aside from cutting the trees down I would reach with the neighbor.
