Hello! 

I am an investor in the NE Ohio area, specifically Stark County. 

We were recently discussing this topic at our local REIA meeting, I asked a similar question.

An experienced investor made a comment that stuck with me, it was along the lines of... "MFH are hot right now, so it is a good time to look for deals elsewhere. You should be seeking to sell what's hot, and buy where everyone else isn't looking"

I agree with the many others here, it is a cycle.

The highest priority of mine is to make sure that my assets are protected and my business is structured appropriately for my investment strategy. 

I would also like assistance with contracts and title reports, etc as shifting through legal jargon is not my strength-- and I don't want my ignorance to ever land me in hot water legally.

Specific traits? Or maybe questions you ask?

I feel like I deal with the same issue. Our physical appearance and age is entirely out our control, but here are some tricks I try implement. 

• Do your research, be prepared to answer questions thoughtfully and always be on time! 
• Speak confidently, like you are well-informed and prepared to converse. 
• Lead conversations and don't be afraid to introduce yourself first. 
• Dress and carry yourself in a professional manner but also be authentic! 
• Do some self inventory and determine how your background can bring value to others. 
• Embrace being young, you have time on side!
