You are just going to have to hunker down for a few weeks like everyone else. The entire country is slowly shutting down. It is a bad time to have a vacancy which is why you need reserves and not be over leveraged. Even if the pm is ok showing it, you are not going to get any takers as potential tenants are hunkering down and waiting as well. Goo luck and this will eventually go away and you will get a new tenant.

Why would you think a stock investment firm would write an article promoting real estate investing? These are salesman and they only want you to bring your business to them. Of course all other investments suck. Haha.

My dad’s c+ area and b- building cash flows like crazy, but when tenants do move out there is more extensive work to be done to get it back to rentable. Also rent sometimes comes late for these types of places and the tenants like to complain to you about the other tenants. Just be ready for that. But they make a pretty nice return and have always rented quickly.

It’s creating a refinance boom and a lot of fear. I expect that fear to go away in a few months. We will see.

I personally don’t think there will be a crash. I expect at least one quarter of negative GDP. Will see if it hits two??

This is just a gimmick and does not work. I promise you I have ran many calculations. In all the videos you watch they are just making more payments. You can make xtra pmts on a mortgage as well.

I looked at rates today. I can get a 75% ltv investment conventional loan at 3.675%. I just wish I could find a deal to take advantage of it. There is still no inventory in my market.

The virus itself no; but the worlds reaction is a little daunting. History shows that this reaction will go away once people get used to it or it gets out of the news and stops spreading after flu season is over. I am a little worried that my wife will not let us go on our upcoming cruise.
