So,I want to ask my daughter to invest in me. She’s just brought her house in March at 23. She was in the army for 5yrs and while in there she saved and saved mighty good. She’s very picky where she puts her money. I totally understand she a single mom and went through a divorce. How can I sale her this business dial? I know I have draw up contact. What I’m trying to get is a multi family 3-4 units. I can ask for down payment,using her private leader? Giving her in interest, how much should the percents be? Paying her with then 4-6months after I refinance? Any ideas. I want to go to her with every t’a cross and I dotted. Thank you

Hello everyone I am new investor here. Live in Durham NC. My goal is to have 50 doors by my 50th bday. My 1st multi home I’ll love it to be 3-4units. I was told it great for me to leave in 1of the units. So that’s my plan. I know it’s steps l,I’ve also join some groups. It’s helping but I still feeling lost. Like finding the owners,what site I go on form that,checking the numbers making sure it’s being me cash flow. I know I may not see a lot in the beginning. I know with C19 still here it’s not many meet up happening. If anyone is in the Durham nc area and Amt mind meeting up or video with me. To help me through these steps and hold me accountable. 2 or 3 ppl if we can meet up in person I’ll buy the Coffee/drinks. If you help me with a deal we can talk splitting. Money isn’t important as much as me learning and getting through my 1st few deals. I know how important a Mantior is I just can’t afford 1thats near me.
