Hello BP family

My daughter will love to start a broader home. I believe for adults with disabilities. She asks me what she needs to start one. Shes current working in one now. The lady that she working for. The father wanted to sell both homes in which his daughter is running both. If some can please tell me the steps to start. Also, side note.. The owner of both homes wants to sell them. But his daughter runs both. She wants to stay with whoever buys them.

@Kevin Hunter I'm understanding more..its like the💡 with off...  Numbers are the game.. But also that's my big issue too the numbers.. Math isn't my best friend..lol.. I'm trying to work on that. Especially since I've been sick. I look for a house and run the numbers. But still, confuse. Even if I may have to ask for help. I at least want to understand some of it when being talking.  What do you use or myth for your rentals.

@Ashley Cao I don't know who said this but I hear it a lot form other investors that are living there goals and dreams.

Place yourself around others that goals and dreams are much bigger than yours and they are living and doing both. For you can know you can reach your dreams and goals.

If you place yourself around just thinkers and sayers that's all that you are going to become.

@Daniel Hyman wow! Food of thought. I see it making sense. Because when you don't make that goal you feel like you failed. So If I build a system around that goal I have another option to reach it.. You should awe my fave right now.. I've been reading these quotes. But this is really making me rethink some things. Thank you for sharing this.
