@Randall Alan thank you for your time. Taxes I should make up some to make sure I have them covered? Meaning that they can change. Meaning that I'm married I can also have houses in my husband's name as well, wow. He asked me that but I didn't know so it was a question I wrote down to ask.

Thank you for your advice.

@Kenneth Garrett thank you...thank you... To be honest I feel it's me being scared somewhat. Because what you just said to me I said to myself. I've been sick.. Somehow I came down with COVID 19. I'm getting better. The Drs or I can not pinpoint how I contract it. But sitting in this house not able to speak without coughing. I was unable to make appointments or chat on the phone. Really made me see things in a very different light. I made a promise to myself to get more active on here. Ask more questions even if I feel like I should know. Sorry for running off like this. But I wrote down the name you give and I will do listen to him. Thank you again for sharing your time with me.. Blessing to you and family and please stay safe and well..

@Kevin Hunter thank you. My question is will that be a smart move. Buying a single-family 1st then multi-family. My goal will still be multi families. I am just ready to get out there and do something than nothing. I live I. Durham, NC. I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME.

Thank you for your time.

Hello BP family, my goals and my decision we're to start right out with multi-families. Starting small, IE 3-5 units. We plan in living in one of the units. I as in looking I'm not finding anything in my price range. So, I was thinking maybe I'll go off my path. Just a short time. So, I'm thinking Of maybe Buy 2-3 single families homes. I'll rent then out. In need for advice, I'm open to them all.

Thank you for your time
