@Iesha Carmichael I just told the other investor that I give it until the end of the week to see who else wants to join. If no one else joins we can set up something with just the 3 of us and I’m fine with that. I really want to connect with others that’s near by and see if we can help each other out. @Kelly Claiborne my reason was your whole list. Time, I always said my kids keep me so busy. But can’t use that because they are all adults and living on their own. Knowledge I said I need to know before I jump into it. Can’t use that because I’ve been studying for the past few months. Fear oh yes I was scared as hell still is but not that much. Coach/ mentor. I’ve work with Coach for a few weeks but had to stop I wasn’t able to afford it anymore. So with that being said MONEY is my problem.. I’ve talk with a few hard money Leander’s but I need 5k down with them I don’t have it. Not giving up but I have find another way but I don’t know it right now. Maybe you have some advice.

@Tom Shallcross wow you are so right. I’m speaking more about myself. I let fear stop me so many times then after the fear I said know now knowledge. So I’m working on the knowledge part it’s money. What I’ve learned and was told I can use OPM.ok. So others are saying why will people do that and pay such a high interest rate. The reason I’ll go with OPM regardless of the high interest is to get started and stop using excuses on why I’m not doing it. My next step is how I go about asking For those funds. I’m stepping into multi family. The first one I pay I will live it and want it to be 3-4 units. I’m working through every thing she has on that list for I can’t give myself any type of reasons of not doing it.. thanks for how you explain your answer..

Hello, I live in Durham NC and I will love to start up a small meet up. The areas will be Durham, Raleigh NC and the surrounding areas. Being new and not knowing to many people around you can be hard. I also know it’s even harder with cOVID-19 happing. I will bring the food. It doesn’t matter how long you have been investing. I just want to be around other like me and we can push each other to greatness. I can’t wait to hear from everyone.

@Tushar P. At this time I can’t not go that way. So I’m doing the creative way. Now if she says no it’s not issues she has that right. This is why I post this I want to bring her all the right information. All these story I’ve read and others has talked about doing deal with daughters,sons and friends. As I see this is why people get into real estate it’s many ways to get funding . Thank you so much for your time
