@Josh Beller I use tulsa federal for my commercial lending but I don't know that they lend to nonresidents. Cain Wright with Grand Bank is great and Ryan Lynch with Chickasaw Community Bank.

@Doug Spence I have gotten most of my deals off MLS, a lot of people think you can't find them on there but that isn't true. You just have to get creative. Let me know if you ever need help purchasing here!
