Good morning BP community,

I have a really quick question regarding making offers to sellers in a wholesaling transaction.

How should we calculate the offer that we make to a motivated seller?

Typically I've been told that we should offer 70% of the home value minus any repairs and marketing fees. Is this a good approach or is there a more simple method of calculating an offer??

@Wade O you make an interesting point about having the sellers themselves pay you for bringing the investors, how often are you getting sellers to agree with this and how do you actually convey this to your sellers?

I would agree with @Junior Salters. You should try direct mailing and such.

@Blake NeeSmith Are you still having success using beenverified to contact motivated sellers? Have you found any other ways to find email addresses of sellers?
