yes, and I've done my due diligence on them before investing... they are real deal and I've been getting my checks like clockwork!

I love this model, don't have to do anything, invest once and get monthly checks (unlike with rental where you have to be on top of your tenants and property manager constantly).

Just wanted to say hello to the bp community and introduce myself, I just joined bp and new to forum, but based on what I was reading I'm sure it will be beneficial to me so I intend to use it.
