Hey BP,

I have been a member to BP for a few weeks, but had a baby and put off introducing myself. I know, I should get my priorities worked out. I found BP after reading The Book On Rental Property Investing by @Brandon Turner which I found to be the single best overall "how to" rental book I have found thus far (Don't worry Brandon. If I'm ever in the podcast, I will say it is Rich Dad Poor Dad)

I have one commercial and one retail property, another that is scheduled to close in about a week, and one auction I was considering only because it was a street away from my newest property and I really like the neighborhood. I  decided against the 3rd because it is an auction property that is occupied (verified by walking by) and I have no experience in auction or evictions and did not want to try to learn both with a newborn. It would probably as a divorce to the list.

I'm looking forward to posting and maybe getting to a few meetings.
