Hello Everyone,

I'm thinking in getting my appraiser licence, I'm researching and looking for other appraisers' opinion. Please don't hesitate to let me know what you think of this field.

Thank you in advance !

Amazing Story! Keep it up

Wow Brandon, what a story to tell.

Hi @Nick Quarandillo,

Do what you feel is right for you and your situation. However, I would suggest you finish college and major in something related to real estate and take advantage of the free time to do wholesaling or network.

Good Luck!

Hi Everyone,

I have been a loyal follower and listener of Bigger Podcasts for almost a year in a couple of months. I have been spending the last few months saving and finishing up my degree (graduated with 0 debt) . I want to start getting my foot wet in rental properties.

I want to apply for a conventional mortgage with a bank, but I feel that my income taxes are not going to be enough to back me up. Although I recently started a good job with a good salary, my previous income taxes have been very poor as I was only working part time.

Is it possible to have a chance at a conventional loan?

Thank you

Daylen
