I do a mix of wholesaling, and flipping. In the short term my ability to turn them around has been outpacing my ability to find the deal... So, looking primarily for more properties (for myself) to rehab and flip at the moment.

Hi Tony, what side of town are you looking at and how much rehab is to much? I am new to this but I'm out shaking the tree and would like to know what investors are looking for.

Hope everyone is doing well, My name is Dennis and I'm looking for people in the Indianapolis area to connect with. I've been in the trucking indusrty for 30+ years and looking for a change. I've never flip or rented houses but have bought and sold 4 homes with most of them needing rehabbed to some extent, so I have lots of construction knowledge and had my Home Inspectors license for awhile.
