Russell Welbourn welcome to BP. I too am working with a partner and just starting out. I suggest meeting as many people as you can that does the same thing you do. Your local meetup is a great place to meet fellow investors and ofcourse connecting with people here. My partner and I are gathering our teams of realtors, lenders, contractors and other investors. We've been analyzing properties but haven't made any deals yet. We still have to workout some things before we make our first offer. But we are close. If you are ever up in LA or OC give us a ring.
