HML typically look at the property and if the deal makes sense to them not your credit score.
Charlie Fitzgerald will PM you as well. I'm looking for HML/PML for my RE deals.

We have multiple HML sources. I present a property to them that I want to submit an offer on. They also do their due dilligence to see if the property is good to invest in. They just don't lend you money based on your word of ARV. I've had a HML pass on 2 properties I presented and 1 HML that offered me lower than I needed. It's a numbers game for them. So to answer you're question, I don't think there's anything wrong with submitting to multiple HML. One may loan you money for it, the other may pass. Good luck.

Have you listened to BP Podcasts? They're helpful and helped me understand a lot about REI.
