Hello all, GREAT site! Been involved with RE for several years, flipped a few, rented a few. Part time for the most part, but coming up on a military retirement and not planning to work for anyone from here on out. Except the boss ( Cathy, my wife) hahaha ... Started an LLC earlier this year for the business side of things. Rolling 401k $$ and other liguid monies for investing. Sold my last flip on the 1st of Dec, bought it in April, purchase and improvments cost about $35k, sold it for $67.8K.

Bid on two foreclosures this week, hope they stick!

However, looking to keep flipping for extra $, but would like to hold some MF rentals as well to increase Net Worth.

Anyway, just a note on us and to say Hello.
