I messed in the BPO, and I ended upbeing in a fight with her the day before the BPO. I want to work away but for the sake of the owner I am trying not too.

I have assigned two short sale contracts recently, but they are very rare. Generally, the only way you can assign a short sale is if the approval letter does not specify a buyer. Unfortunately most will.

You can collect a negotiation fee and go A to C asking C to pay you an SS negotiation fee. The problem here is if the fee is too high (usually greater the 3%) their lender will usually not allow your end-buyer to pay. If it is a cash-buyer, then your golden.

If you know the end-buyer, you might be able to work something with them by paying outside of closing a wholesale fee, but this is generally only going to work if this is a well below market deal and this one is not.

Since you were really unable to get a good price, you might want to move on. When you miss your number, try to figure where you failed. Learn from it so you can not make the same mistake again.
