Looking for advice for just starting out me and wife are from PA and a tax lien sale is coming up the 28th of this month. We have a business attorney that works for family and can look for any leans on houses on tax list auction sale coming up. Sounds almost to good to be true with how the houses are listed for so cheap. Would like to buy properties and rent them out long term and vacation rentals in mountains which is a huge hotspot and my wife runs a vacation rental company and are very very busy. Wondering what would be best low risk high cash flow way to start. Any help would be much appreciated and could give you a hell of a deal on vacation rental if your in area. THX

Hey guys, I have a friend who claims he knows someone who bought a house for $296 at a tax lien sale. This just sounds outrageous to me. He said he has another who bid and got one for $1293 at the county auction. Can anyone shed some insight for me on these tax lien sales? There is one coming up on October 24th I'd like to attend, but I know nothing about them. I don't even know who to contact for information! Thank you, Jordan

My wife and I are interested in purchasing a home to use as a vacation rental (short term rental). The home is in a prime location in terms of what rents locally, and my wife runs a vacation rentals company which does very well.

We don't currently own a home and this would be our first home purchase. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home that is located in a prime rental location. The owner is asking $149,900 for the home. By the way, this home is for sale by the owner.

What is the best way to purchase a home? Does this number seem a high number for the home we've described? Also, are there things that we should consider before going through with this?

Well we were actually just talking about that the company has house keepers or we could do it ourselves when able to save money. The house would be within 15 min away from us
