I love how in this he spoke of the idea of people having trials in life and how they essentially turn trials into super powers or at least that's how I interpret it. With the mindset that Nick Santonastasso articulates from his personal story it shows the unlimited power we all have. Nicks story reminds me a lot of David Goggin's a former seal who turned a rough child hood into a career of much distinguish. Stories like nicks make me so excited for life and really allow me to embrace the suck in a sense and grow and turn my downfalls or shortcomings into my superpowers if yopu will.

@Tailine Calheira completely nice to meet you as well it’s awsoem to see people my age on this journey. Being in this community it will lead you to believe everyone is on the path however I think that couldn’t be any further from the truth. It would be awsome to bounce ideas off one another to continually grow and stay focused.

@Tailine Calheira hey another young investor. I am 22 as well and I think we have a great advantage with being young. I am currently working to close on my first home. I want to execute the house hacking strategy you may have heard of in podcast. Scott trench and coach Carson have great podcast on the topic. WIth you expressing interest I figure go for it in whatever way you can imagine. Asking yourself the question how can I afford it opposed to I cant or Its not possible.

Congrats,

I am currently in the process of closing on my first home for a house hack. I am buying a four bedroom home hoping to rent out the other three rooms and to potentially cash flow. My biggest concern about my house hack will be finding good tenants and having people who can respect my home as it is theirs. What is your advice to find good tenants and I suppose any other advice to make it work.

Hello,

I have been studying RE for a bit and I am excited to mention that I am in the process of closing on my first deal. I am subscribing to the ideology of house hacking. I am 22 and I think it makes the most sense. Most factors with the deal don't bring much apprehension however I want to house hack and I don't have the other room in the single family filled. What would be a good way to find roommates too have a successful house hack.

Hey so are you having problems analyzing deals? I am new myself and military as well so I plan to use the va loan as well. I am a young single guy and I am in the process of closing on my first deal now hopefully ill be done before thanksgiving. I feel for you your doing a house hack find a property you like and would want to live in and work from there run the numbers and also look at comparable homes and see what the units sell for. My philosophy with the first property is make the deal and learn as you go the hardest part they always say is actually making the deal.
