Thank you so much @Josh Hooper I'm really anxious but i try to calm down and take those short steps towards getting to know the business before just jump in to it lol I don't have a book on wholesaling but i do have books on other Real Estate investing strategies. And wow i didn't even know BP have events, i just learned something new, I will definitely make sure to attend some events soon whenever it is in my area. And yes, that would be good to meet up and chat. I would really appreciate learning from another investor 

@Kelley Gabany Hopefully I can find someone that will really help me and can you use the MLS for off market deals? I need to learn more about because this is my first time hearing about it lol
