You could try posting it on BP, Craigslist, or the REIA Groups. They are normally good for finding buyers.

I want to do appraisals professionally.  I think that it helps with evaluating properties from that prospective.  I should have said in the original post that I am a licensed realtor looking to further my education.

Thanks for the insight on the course.

Good morning BP,

Are there any firms/individuals that train Appraiser Trainees in Central Indiana?  And if so how does one get involved?  What does the training consist of?

Thanks for all of your input.

Demetrius

Welcome to BP.  There are quite a few good investors in the area.  If you are looking for anything in particular, please PM and let me know.

Good luck and happy investing!

Welcome to BP!  Now would actually be a good time for you to invest.  Using your current income could qualify you for loans that can aid you in your first purchase.    What neighborhood do you think would make sense for you?

Welcome to BP.  The situation is pretty common in the US as well.  I'm not sure about the tax comparison between the countries, but I have not heard of any banks  loaning over 70%.  If there are any that do, please let me know.
