i have never done a deal but if you get a property for a cheap enough price you should have no problem finding a buyer. that should be the least of your worries

how do people run comps in new hampshire?

cali and other states have redfin but pretty sure NH doesnt have that. any other ways?

i dontknow what MAO is but ROI isnt necessarily the most important thing

if i spend a dollar and get 2 dollars in return thats 100% ROI but useless

www.listsource.com finds mailing and property address. i just got 400 addresses that i need to write upsome letters and mail them now.

Erika Brown I'm just startin off too but from what I've read and heard, you don't need a Buyer before you begin to look for a seller. If you have it for a good price the buyer should be the easiest part. I am about to send 400 yellow letters out and do not have a buyer yet . Hope that helped

Aly L I hope I don't become one of these idiots.. What am I supposed to know about the market before hand? I am about to send 400 yellow letters to people. How am I supposed to know what everyone's property address is and what the property is worth? Aren't I supposed to run the numbers after they cal me?

i am also new and am just starting. i got a mailin list from listsource.com. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bUvhySwMOE and i just got 400 people and now i am going to send them all a letter. i just got my 400 stamps and envelopes a few hours ago. now i just need to start writing!
