so i am about to send out all of my yellow letters. about 50 of the currently and i will send 50 every week.

when they call me what do i say?

when i no nothing about their property when they call, how much do i find out by the end of the phone call?

should i let it go to voicemail first?

example- this one is Carle. i googled it and it said it can be either. but there have been a few tricky ones.

i am writing yellow letters and i cant figure out whether to call some people Mr or Ms. what do i write if i cant figure out their name?

i wish i knew what escrow was. isnt eskrow just a down payment basically? or am i completely wrong

figure out comps and how to close on the deal. figure out what its ARV is and go 70% of that price - repair value= max offer

i have neer done this so dont take my word for it 100% but i think thats what you do. if im wrong someone correct me
