Hey @Chance Johnson. My 203K Loan Specialist is Indu Kapoor, c: (469) 363-6092, (InduKapoor.com). She is the first call I suggest to my buyers that are looking to buy a home and renovate it. Give her a shout & check out her website.

I have worked with both Cary Efurd and his property manager Stan Dickerman. Both area great men and professionals in real estate. Their vacancy rate is probably accurate because rentals don't last here in DFW unless they're over priced. Cary is very involved in the local property management landscape here in DFW and nationally. If you're still in the market for a PM I would also like to recommend my PM Firm, Healy Property Management. Charmaine Springett is the Director of Operations and the best PM I've worked with! She communicates effectively and regularly ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Derrick L. Houston Rogers Healy and Associates

Hey Percy N. Carrollton is a nice area. I've sold a few homes in Carrollton to owner occupants. There may be some flips there yet the investors in currently working with are not looking there.

Yes. Make that part of the lease. Better paper trail if you have to file an eviction.

FNMA did this several years ago when they sold all the AZ tenant occupied & foreclosed properties. They only invited hedge funds. Completely shunned investors, real estate agents, title companies, inspectors, etc. Systematically  discriminated against all real estate professions.
