Hey @Bill J.. I saw a banner ad here on BP for Tenant Cloud. I checked out their website and it looks interesting. I might sign up for an account to test  out the product.

Hey @Bill J.. I saw in another thread a few days ago where members were discussing different platforms. Try searching BP and see what you find. I've used both PropertyWare (didn't like) and Appfolio (loved!) in the past.

Welcome to BP @Ramar Price. I hate to hear you're having trouble locating an investor friendly Realtor. You can find that 1st home before summer if you keep searching.

If I can be of any assistance as a licensed real estate agent, let me know!

I can think of two right now: Truly Noble & REO Contractors. They both work on a Nationwide scale working with large REO & Hedge Fund. So their pricing is not always the lowest and sometimes the quality isn't always the best.

If you would like contact names PM me & I will provide names and contact info for my last contact.

I do not work for and never have worked for either of those companies. Just used them in a past life.

Hello @Teena Lee. Were you able to locate a property manager here in the Dallas Area? If not I would like to recommend my firm Healy Property Management. If you would like more information let me know.

We currently manage many units for our clients and our department is growing!

I understand your sentiment where PMs in Dallas are concerned. There are lots of them yet not very many that do a great job. I recommend you contact Britteny with Healy Property Management, www.healyrussell.com or Charmaine with Coldwell Banker APEX Property Management, ww.cbdallas.com/pages/we-manage-it-completely. Both are very professional and know the market well.
