Hello BiggerPockets community, I’m still standing on fresh legs in this real estate investing endeavor. It has been somewhat challenging thus far and I️ have found myself suffering from information overload. I️ wanted to get some advice from other investors in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Hopefully we could also discuss how I️ could bring some value to other investors in the area as well. Charlotte investors come out come out wherever you are lol Thank you, Dethorn

Hello BiggerPockets community. I hope everyone is doing well doing deals and enjoying success. I'm a new investor here in North Carolina.  One lesson I learned as I started my investing business is that this is not a task that one can handle alone. Unfortunate for me because I normally take on all myself. I guess you can say its the cowboy mentality lol. Carrying on now... I have a question for those investors here in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. I'm looking to build my real estate network and wanted a few recommendations on who are the best people to work with as a real estate investor. I'm looking for the best attorneys, lenders, property managers, RE agents, other investors, accountants, and contractors. Also if you can give me any advice as a newbie investor it would be greatly appreciated. I believe my future is bright with real estate investing.

Thanks in advance,

Dethorn

I’m thankful that I came across your post. I’m currently watching the deal dog webinar right now and they were making it sound like the go to software for finding those off market deals. I even started to pull out my wallet to make my purchase lol. Thank you for you post. I’m newbie Investor and almost everything I see online I want to buy.

Hey BiggerPockets Community,

I am seeking a 3 to 4 bay garage in the Charlotte, NC area. Needs to have an office building attached to it and I would prefer if the property was fenced in. Has any body in the area seen anything that fist this description? Please let me know.

Thank you,

Dethorn

Good morning bigger pockets community. I haven’t posted in a while and I will do better. Hopefully someone can give me a little advice on this potential deal. I have a motivated seller who was renting out a three bedroom two and a half bathroom home to section 8 tenants. The House recently caught on fire and its been burned pretty bad. I introduced myself to the seller and she is pretty much motivated to get rid off the house. Even offered to give me the insurance money to get the house fixed. This is new to me. So could anybody offer any advice on my next move? Thank you, Dethorn

Thank you for reaching out Jeff. No I don't have any specific concerns. I just didn't know if flipping in a different state would require anything different than flipping in my home state. I'm still new to real estate investing and I see that I am overthinking a lot of things. Thanks again

Good morning BiggerPockets community. I am new to wholesaling and I got a call from a motivated seller this morning about some properties located in another state. I wanted to know if the wholesaling process any different being that the properties are in another state and what do I need to do if this is a potential deal? Thanks, Dethorn
