I'm an electrician and I wouldn't switch. Gas will be cheaper for whoever is paying the utilities. Why spend money to makes things more expensive?? Except if they supply their own dryer, I go electric there...

I can't imagine trying to get into real estate if you don't know anything about it, I've been a contractor for a few decades and learned from my customers what to do. Find a menial job in the business and learn before you invest... or learn the hard way...

I had a well run dry and had a new well drilled and running in 5 days!! They didn't ask for anything. A water heater is an immediate fix!

How much did you borrow? I didn't think a bank would make $35K loans, If they did I'd jump on that deal for myself...

I was looking at realtor.com for fun, and it was either Detroit or Dayton had MLS listings for 50 and 100 dollars!!

I just watched it online after reading about it here, Its like all the others, I like all of them but take them with a grain of salt. If they wanted a real story they should follow my wife and I, we do everything ourselves, no contractors and no big money to fall back on. We pay cash and rehab costs are done by Home Depot 6, 12 & 18 month no payment plans!

Here, two layers are legal, but I'd never do it, nowadays you want (and its code in a lot of places) to use Ice & Water shield under the shingles in some areas, and that needs bare sheathing.

I have a section 8 tenant whose lease is expired and is now month to month. I want him out but don't know what to fill in on the 30 day notice.
