In Illinois, is it true that only Real Estate Attorneys conduct closings? Do Title Companies not play a part?

Hello, I am trying to decide where to open my business bank account in Chicago, and I've heard that smaller community banks are the best bet when it comes to getting business lines of credit to fund deals/projects.
Does anyone have a bank in Chicago that they would recommend in that capacity?

When starting a new business, is going through a smaller community bank a good way to get a business line of credit? I have great credit as an individual and I assume that is what they look at first.
Also, is it a better idea to establish a business line of credit before approaching any investment deals, or do banks want to see a specific deal that the credit will be initially used for?

So I am currently set up as a sole member LLC (officially as of today) but have not yet filed the 8832 or 2553.
My question is, does anyone have their LLC set up so that the only member is actually their living trust? If so, do you pay yourself as a w-2 employee to avoid self employment taxes?
