How much are you guys paying for title services? I'm buying with cash and trying to figure out how much is too much... obviously quick closing is a must. How were your turn-around times for title work?

Hi All,
I'm not exactly new to 'RE investing as I've done 2 successful deals before but I am new to the site. My goal for 2014 is to buy/renovate four to five homes and buy and hold at least two additional rental properties.
Currently, I'm a full time Federal worker (I write contracts) but my roots are in construction.

Hi All,
My first BP post but I'm not exactly new to real estate investing. I'm looking for a good REO Broker in Baltimore, MD. Also if you all were to know of any local group meets for investors or forums for MD 'RE and could point me in the right direction that would be great.
