Hi @Account Closed ,

You should bring a repair estimate sheet (to estimate repairs), camera, and a contract. Hopefully you have already ran the the comps on the neighborhood so you have an "idea" of what's the market value. The key to making offers is the preliminary analyzing of the area. Studying what other houses have sold for; ideally within the last 6 months, will give you a firm range to make an educated offer.
