BrrrrLoans will be able to offer you a rate of mid to high 6s on your next investment property?

Sounds too good to be true? I promise you it isn't!

New Program Alert at BrrrrLoans!

Floor Rate starting at 6.00%, better than the conventional mortgage rate!

Min 700 FICO, $125,000 min loan amount.

Think this fits what you want to accomplish? Give me a call or send me a message, would be happy to help!

Are you referencing a purchase or a refinance? If its a purchase, the in place rents will be used to qualify the loan. Same thing with a cash out refinance.

If you find a good cash flowing multifamily, the interest rates won't matter.

Ways to combat it: purchase all in cash, or leverage your cash at about 8.00% and refinance in 3-5 years time. Finding a property that will cash flow about 400-500$ a month should be the goal!

DSCR Calculation method is always a good way to go!

Send me a message, I have a makeshift calculator that will tell you if the property you are looking at is a good deal!
