Hi all,

Very happy to report after looking at many properties and making several offers. I finally had one accepted. I am excited to get started on our journey towards financial freedom. The seller also told my realtor that she had 3 more she plans to sell in the near future and she would be calling us before she puts them on the market. 

I'd like to say thanks to all, for the informative posts and blogs, and bigger pockets for supplying so many tools and opportunities to help us new guys get started. I look forward to using this site to continue to grow and scale my business.

Hi all, 

Got a quick question for everyone. When using Zillow for analyzing or finding deals, do you find their "Zestimates" as far a arv and rental rates to be accurate or should I be cautious? Also would there be other ways that would go along with using realtor estimates?
