I agree if they want to use it, charge extra. I've heard of landlords using the garages to store their own things.

Parts of Metro Detroit are rising. I'm not super experienced but there are still buy and hold deals that make sense and cash flow fairly well. I picked up a 2/1 for 34k and get 750 a month for rent. I'm eager to find a few more before the process start getting to high.
So what are your thoughts @Ben Leybovich?

Just a curiosity question. What are some pros and cons to buying and holding raw undeveloped land?

If you go on Zillow and look at recently sold you will be able to find that information. Another option would be if you have a realtor you deal with they should be able to send you a list of comps for the area. Hope this helps.
