@Kevin Lang what’s your credit score? There’s a few that can do 80% ltv. Credit needs to be 680 plus.

Are you looking for investment property? If so some lenders go up to 70% for foreign nationals. 

I have a few connections to banks if you need to get qualified.

We can do a 75% cashout no seasoning. Great terms as well.a These are 30 yr fixed and not arms. Starting at 3.85% to 5%.

There’s a few lenders who can underwriting you based on us citizens and credit score. I don’t see the issue.

What country are you from? You may have to find a lender who does foreign nationals. Let me know if you need help.

@Andrew Dincola depending on your experience most would be at 80% ltc or 90% ltc if you can show you done a few flips. Rates usually 7 to 12% depending on experience.
