Be very, very careful with Maverick. Investors in Birmingham are getting hurt.

Don't buy from Maverick in Birmingham. There are big problems with the PM and Maverick investors are getting hurt substantially.

I moved my property to Decas.

For all of us who got money stolen by Arbor Trace, I think we should have a Telecon and put together recovery plan. I'll be glad to host it.

Stay away from Elite Property Management group.

Checkout GK Homes and Atrim groups.

Decas is good.

You are right in the middle of the best SFR rental markets in the US. I have a SFR rental in Midfield.

This is a tempting option! In the Dallas market, prices are going up and this would probably render a big return in the future. I'm going to definitely look into this.

The Dallas market for SFR is over priced. Better in other cities.

I would buy into a couple of Multifamily syndication deals. Double digit cash flow and 20% IRR and totally passive. I am investing another $50k in one this week. Message me if you would like to discuss.
