I have two in Warren. One Rents for $1300 to a couple making over 200K between them, other I reside in. I've helped other investors get properties in warren as well. If the property is tagged, the hoops are annoying but overall the rental inspections are really just the obvious stuff.

Besides mortgage fraud, a 10K fine, and potentially a year in jail... Feel free. And if you think the investors that are eyeing that property aren't paying attention to see if you rent or move in, you're wrong.
Don't be a dirt bag, plenty of deals out there and do it the right way.
