@Gary Ennis  No problem, anytime. I actually found another site that's a little better than the first link I provided. This one has addresses and phone numbers included, not sure why the first one doesn't. Same procedure enter in date range, then click submit.

Here's the link- http://tccweb.co.travis.tx.us/index.php?_module_=e...

@Gary Ennis  It took a little browsing but I found it. It's sorta similar to the one here in Houston. I'm not sure if you still need it, but here's the link-

@Kirk R.  I rented a mailbox only 10 bucks a month, its a steal. Ask for a real address rather than a PO Box, as it looks more personal.

@Samantha Lotti Yes, I pick a certain zip code. You can search the forums of this site to find out more information on list source and others (Melissa data etc.) Price wise you'll be looking at apx 100$ for 500 addresses.

Samantha Lotti I use listsource.com; as for the criteria I use age 65+, equity 60%+, out-of-state owned, 1-25% LTV, and owned for 10+ yrs. I also send out to a few probates.

@Peter Gaston  I went on the site Yelp and typed in "mailbox rentals". There were over 60 different companies to choose from, so I called a few in my area, got some rates and choose one. I also asked if they used a real address or PO Box address, I did not want the latter.

Donald Hagel Here's a quick link to some wholesale contracts. You can only download 4 a week so choose wisely. http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/93/topics/136241-new-investor-help

@Aaron Mazzrillo  NICEE! But if that's all 106 million will get you, I'm assuming in New York, I'd take my money elsewhere! Not that I have that kind on money anyways lol.
