I haven't said a word in this post but have been reading it a lot. So I will contribute by getting this thread to 4 pages.

I am very surprised this league has not gotten any teams in it with how much love was shown.

I had to change the draft tie to Wednesday the 18th at 8:30 PM CENTRAL time, because I am leaving for spring break on thursday and it is
hard to do the draft from a plane....

Hurry and sign up we don't have too much longer and if we don't get anybody I will just fill it with random people!!!

Just so everyone knows. I plan to put a short video above the text on the bottom and then then the 4 blanks they fill out to the right of that. Again, if anyone can help me with how to do those or has general advice I would greatly appreciate it!

So I am making a website through godaddy with a mac (don't know how much that matters). I have a good feel with how to put text on and all that using TextEdit, but where I run into a problem is uploading a video and using an information section on the side.
I think I can put a video on youtube and just upload it but I really have no clue how to work this information area thing.

Ideally, I would like to have a section where people just put first name, last name, e-mail and phone number and then click submit and have it email it to me and then I can send them an e-mail or call them. If anyone has any ideas or experience and you could share I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Does not having a job really effect getting financing? I will be moving this summer and will want to start buy and hold when I get there. I will not have a job giving 50K a year by no means because I will be in grad school but will have a normal job for some college dude at maybe 10 dollars an hour.

I do have cash reserves so that shouldnt be an issue. Far more than 3 months of mortgage payments if that is the rule that I have been seeing.

I have heard I get my moms credit because my name is on the credit card even though she pays for everything. (Dont know if this is true) Although I have been perfect on all my accounts and my debit card and what not. As you can see I know next to nothing about credit.

Would someone in my situation be able to obtain financing? I know it differs greatly between place to place and city to city but just curious.

I figure its best to wait so we can a) fill the league and b) know what has happened with most of spring training. It is not critical that you sign up now just make sure you do before the draft. I guess the only problem would be if you are not one of the first 11... Hope to see you all in there!

Thats awesome Will, I have a few bodies out there, and another few that have been in and out of the league moving up and down. I would have dreamed to play out there it would have been amazing.

Wow I am glad we got some fans on here! So, so far it looks like Josh, Owen, Will and possibly Jake would be in? I would take care of it all just setting it up through ESPN or Yahoo and just invite whoever.

It looks like we a possible 5 so far, we can do 8, 10 would be good as would 12. We obviously still have time but I didnt know this post would get so many views. Hopefully we can get a group of people who want to and then set a date for the draft around the end of March or so. Biggerpockets can use a little friendly competition if you want in just let me know!

P.s. Will you say there is no bigger fan than you, I may have to challenge that... haha. You said player did you play in college or pro ball at all?

This is a very exciting week. Almost like a holiday with the start of baseball season, something that seems to be absent for way to long.

I figured with spring training starting up fantasy baseball is right around the corner. I didn't know if we have any fantasy baseball guys in here. And if there is would anyone be interested in a biggerpockets league? Just thought I would ask I am always looking for leagues to do and I figure there are a lot of us on here everyday so it would be easy to stay in touch.
