Nothing like walking a half mile to the opposite side of campus for a class with snow blowing in your face in 14 degree weather...
You just enjoy your weather... and sand... and ocean... and... ok ill stop.

I really don't see why everyone couldn't donate twenty dollars or so. I am sure just about everyone on here is going to buy a book within the next year, and I am fairly positive that there is more information on this site than most of the books out there. Thats my thinking at least, who knows...
I know every dollar helps Josh and this site has already made a lot of great changes since I've been here for the past year. So who is next to step up and give a little bit?

Jon or any one for that matter, can you please explain what a wrap is. I know all the other techniques but do not know what a wrap is.

I just got a decent chunk of cash back from our book buy back system here at school, so I will be making a small donation when I get back home from the library.
Because I am still pretty strapped for cash and don't have much until the summer when I start work, I will vow that as long as all the investors here on BP keep educating me and keep me motivated (which they all have, if you know it or not) after my first completed deal, which will come when I end up where ever I will be going to graduate school, I will give back and get my name on that $250 plus section.
So hopefully my little donation will help for now, and I will be giving you a much bigger one later in the new year Josh! Thanks for all the help to the guys on here and to Josh most and for all!
I am just finishing up school and will be going to grad school next year. I eventually want to be full time REI but what happens if you cant? What happens if someone suits you and god forbid you lose everything? Natural Disaster? The list of bad things possible can go on forever. I will feel comfortable making a switch to full time REI after knowing at any point I will be able to get a job to support me with a higher degree. I would goto school.

I have to think if you can find a college town that doesn't have much competition you could make tons of money.
Now that I started thinking, If you had a school near a lake you could also do boat storage and what not that way in the summer months you get students and winter months you get boats.
I have heard a lot about this and have been interested but didn't know much about it. I am glad this thread got started.

Welcome to BP John! I am a student at Mizzou right now and am looking at going to grad school somewhere in the state most likely KC so I will be around, maybe we could meet sometime.
I am also at the lake a lot, my girlfriend owns a house in camdenton on the lake. It's a great area. Are you looking to own commercial down there? There is a lot of it...

Yeah this guy is so bad. I don't know too much about all the old guys from chicago because I am finally old enough to really understand what is going on but he is just real real bad...
He is trying to screw the cubs too! That make me even more mad!

Do you think writing it out has been better for you? Have you tested it against just having someone print something on you? What are the cost differences between the two?
Sorry for all the questions. I rarely see someone hand writes bandit signs, I am very intrigued.

Yeah I knew that answer was coming... I do have outstanding credit, people had to call in and check to see if I knew what I was talking about because of what it is at for a college kid. I also have a pretty good amount of money saved up, a lot more than most college kids.
But I would like to avoid this anyway and want to target pre foreclosures and desperate sellers to try and get sub-to's or owner financing with very very little down.
I am excited to goto REI club's they don't have one here in Columbia Mo. so I have never been...
