Like the other posters said, Titusville can be hit or miss depending on location. There are some multifamily there, I have come across several opportunities there. I do think longterm Titusville will be a great investment with it's proximity to space projects / launches / ect. It was one of the hardest hit areas in the nation during the downturn because at the same time, they basically closed Nasa. Now it is back on the rise and a lot of bigtime companies are providing jobs that are privatized. I can keep an eye for properties up there if you would like!

@Ehsan Haque We have purchased 16 lots to build single family homes. I am also working on a potential deal for a subdivision with 120 + homes. We literally have a housing shortage right now.

@Brian Garrett the market is doing amazing up here with prices still being reasonable. Our main thing is that inventory is at all time lows, latest report was at 1.5 months of available, when 5 to 6 is normal. That’s why we are going to be able to build at a premium.

Depending on price, I think the Palm Bay / Melbourne area can be great for what you get!

Hello Alicia and Sid,

I am originally from the panhandle, but now live down in Brevard County, (Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, Palm Bay area). Our area is doing very well especially with all of the engineering and aerospace and rocket launches seemingly weekly. I would love to help you. I am a real estate broker as well, and I have partnered with a builder to build some houses. Very familiar with the area.

I was quoted in the ballpark of 3 percent just the other day. A regular refi with no cashout had me at 2.5 percent as I was over 20 percent equity ect.
