@Steven J. Thanks for your input. I'm going to apply and see what happens. The worst they can say is no. I'm just trying to get my foot in the door some how some way. It says they provide training. The part that gets me is the experience factor.

$20-$30k just for bird dogging!!! Thats a nice part time gig for whoever is on the receiving end. That alone makes me want to do the work myself because your profits have to be substantial to be able to pay out $20-$30k. I just want to conduct business the right way. I know I'll make mistakes along the way. But I just want to make sure my name and business aren't tarnished.

Can someone give me insight on this job posting. I want to try and find a part time job that relates to real estate. Is this job for beginners? Is it something I could learn on the fly or would I need experience? What possibly does this job entail? Any insight is appreciated.
