Oh stay away from west end. Most properties on the west side of highway 69 are D class areas.

I'm in Tuscaloosa. I currently have properties in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Jasper. There are a good bit of older investors that are not on bigger pockets, yet. I'm working on them lol

Actually Business credit is how I got started! I started an LLC. Made the business creditable... business address,phone with 411 listing, website, etc. Registered my EIN, and Duns number. Started getting trade lines net 30 accounts to build my business credit. Applied for business credit cards. I did not want to have to use myself as a personal guarantor or personal credit. Took a few months, I used a business credit card for down payment.
