I learned from a little ebook from @Ebony Thompson called "The Smart Wholesaler" in 2014.  She took her program down, was $49 and explained what "wholesaling" was better than other for me as a fresh newbie.   I went from there to PropertyMob.com and got my first deal done shortly after with @Tracy Caywood.

We have created one of the best tools anyone investing in Florida foreclosures properties needs to use.

We have all the upcoming County Foreclosure Auctions that the county clerk lists in an easy to use, investor friendly format.

We cover these Counties:

Palm Beach - www.PBCHomeAuctions.com72 properties this week

Orange - www.OrlandoForeclosureAuctions.com47 properties this week

Broward - www.BrowardHomeAuctions.com69 properties this week

Miami Dade - www.MiamiDadeForeclosures.com121 properties this week

Hillsborough - www.HillsForeclosures.com32 properties this week

St Lucie - www.StLucieForeclosures.com2 properties this week

Sarasota - www.SarasotaForeclosureAuctions.com11 properties this week

Polk - www.PolkCountyForeclosures.com35 properties this week

Pinellas - www.PinellasForeclosureAuctions.com51 properties this week

Duval - www.DuvalForeclosureAuctions.com31 properties this week

Lee - www.LeeForeclosures.com18 properties this week

Signup today & use the coupon code "BIGGERPOCKETS" and save 10%!

As you know the some counties only give you a case number and a date for their foreclosure auctions which leaves you and your staff sifting through 1000's of PDF case files just to find the address of the foreclosure property. Before our service I knew people spending $1,000's each month just to get the full list of auctions and all the data on each property put into a spreadsheet. Our service does all the work for you for as little as $13 a month!

You can browse all the auctions by date, view each foreclosure property info like bed/bath SQFT, judgments, and all the other specs on one page.

You can do incredible custom searches by anything including specs on the houses, zip codes, city, subdivisions, judgment amounts, dates, and many more!

The best part of it is anything you see on screen including custom searches can be downloaded to a spreadsheet!

Signup today and use the coupon code "BIGGERPOCKETS" and save 10%!

Yes, use a service to research the properties coming up for auction, get some kind of advice from experienced people.  Then get title checks done to find encumbrances on any property you plan on bidding on!

Yes, you need cash and a very good site to get all the details on the upcoming auctions, and lots of title reports too!

Newbie from Palm Beach Gardens , FL.

Hello everybody.

Even though I wrote on the Bigger Pocket forum, I have not yet introduced myself properly to the BP community, but before I want to thanks Mike M specialist from Paradise Valley, AZ for has been the first person to welcome me. As well as Joshua Dorkins from Denver, Colorado with the guidelines for the intro.

My name is Alejandro Condis Reyes Alias “NONO”.

I am originally from Cuba, but I am currently living in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

I have a dual license as a Massage Therapist as well as Physical Therapist Assistant and I am currently working on both professions.

About three years ago a friend of mine introduced me to the book “Cash Flow” from Robert Kiyosaki, and after I finished reading it, I knew that I have to do fundamental changes in my life; otherwise, I would not be able to achieve my goals.

Since I read the book, I have been assisting to different “Free Events” promoted by the Rich Dad Company, and this is where I was first exposed to “Real State” as a vehicle for financial freedom, but at the same time, I was enrolled in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. So as a result, I put on hold the investment part for me to be able to finish and pass the board for Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Knowing how much income I will make this year from my two jobs; I finally decided to put end to the hold I had since three years before, so I signed for a 3-days Real State class.

The seminar was scheduled to run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but it was given 1 ½ each day for lunch each day, plus 10 to 15 minutes break every few hours. So technically one day out of three was pure lunch+ breaks. In addition, It did not take longer for me to start feeling the pressure of the sell pitch.

For example, one homework we were told to do the first day was to check our credit score out once we arrive at home that night.

The second day we were suggested to use the credit scores in order to ask for a loan for us to sign up for another upsell.

But not everything on the seminar was bad; I had the chance to meet another participant who told me about Biggerpockets.com.

He ensured me that I could probably find the same information, if not better in BP, plus is free.

I became member of BP on July 2018, and since then I have been reading the “Ultimate Beginner’s Guide” as well as listening to the Pockets.

I am practically reading and recollecting information.

I have not made the plan, but my main goal is to become financially free.

Stay away from "Events" of those kinds.

Find a good Guru or mentor, or just take action on your own.

Yes the city Lake Worth can make your life miserable and will nickel and dime you any chance they get.  Surprisingly Greenacres which is right next to it is completely the opposite.
