in your opinion do you think it's worth it in a flip to add screening to a pool or should i leave ot the home buyer to do that themself? thanks everyone

if i may ask what is your play?
are you looking to invest in STR or do you prefer long term rentals?
are you planning on filliping or are you going to keep it ?(sounds like your planning on keep it )
do you want a turn key property or would you like a property that you can add value too ?
what about the area does that matter to you? saint pete is going to be a little more different then Tampa

hey so I'm not sure about condos. but i do know that i just recently sold a house in south Pasadena turn key for about 280k and it was a AIRBNB play that was legal . so you could always got to SFH for your AIRBNB play unless you are 100% stuck on condos.
