@Sagi Trybel only the county can help you with this information. Try visiting your county's website or call them. They should be able to provide you with a list for free.

@Faifua Latu you can find tons of free resources here on BiggerPockets. Go through the resources every day and listen to podcasts and that should be enough. You can also read some books on the topic you're more interested in. My point is to try to utilize the free resources and later if you think it's not enough for you then take some courses. Try to attend local REIA meetups and start networking with successful investors. You can learn a lot from them. Good luck!
