It's a fast growing area.  Growth is headed in that direction as well as through Buckeye to Tonopah.

Just curious as to what people's opinions and experiences are.  Eventually I'll be in a position to invest in single family :)

I have three... my strategy so far has been to wait until they're all in school... 3 more years until my youngest gets to Kindergarten! (and I have to resist the urge for a 4th...)   Good luck! It's a challenge for sure!
