@Ryan Dostart Hi Ryan! My husband and I started as out of state investors ourselves. We moved here summer of 2020 to do real estate investing and property management full time. Our company is Thirdstone Properties. We currently manage 177 doors and majority of our clients are out of state investors. Our partner also helps investors acquire rentals as the agent. I’d love to chat with you and see how we can help :) I’ll PM you my info!

@Griffin Goudreau Hi Griffin. Congrats on your success! My husband and I started off as out of state investors. We own 7 rentals and now our company Thirdstone Properties focuses on helping other out of state investors acquire, rehab and manage their properties. We have managed over 15 rehabs in the last year and currently manage over 170 doors. Would love to speak with you. I’ll message you my info :)

@Seth Pefley I think focusing on helping investors is a great way to start. I don't agree with those saying investor-agents are never loyal. I started investing for myself for a couple of years then became an agent. I now co-own a brokerage where we help out of state investors acquire, rehab (if needed) and manage their properties. Our clients trust us because we are investors first. I would say even if you own one rental, it goes a long way in having other investors trust you. Best of luck! Let me know if we can help with anything.
