How's it going. Well we offer services which out of state investors like yourself look for with a property manager and our rehab guys will rehab properties for you as well. We make sure everything goes smoothly I haven't dealt with investors on the Far East coast yet. But I have international investors that love the Chicago and northwest Indiana markets for flips and buy and holds. So I'm sure anyone from New York, Boston, Maryland or anywhere else would love those services if they are looking to invest into either Illinois or Indiana. If you need any further help please don't be hesitate to PM me and I can provide info such as what's are good areas to buy in.

Post: Why Doesn't Everyone Invest In Real Estate?

well I think it's mostly because of fear....but there aren't a lot of people jumping into the stock market as much as many people think. Many people think the risk of stocks are way to risky so I think when it comes to real estate they might think it's much more risky. It's actually funny.... many people know they should invest or try to create multiple incomes but yet they don't.
Many people just talk a good game then sit back and do nothing. Some people know that creating a job for yourself and others is the main reason how many people became financially independent. But yet they do nothing to learn and act on going down the path of entrepreneurship/business owner.
